Job description:

We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide high-quality mental health care in skilled nursing facilities across the Greater Richmond area. This role offers a lucrative pay scale, a supportive clinical environment, and no visit cancellations, ensuring consistent patient engagement and provider satisfaction. This is 1099 (contractor) role. ANCC Board Certificaton.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments

· Provide psychotherapy, consultations, and medication management

· Collaborate with facility medical providers to ensure integrated care

· Work independently while maintaining clinical collaboration with a group psychiatrist

· Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

· Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development
